“Such a nice , clean place to stay. Room was spacious and very inviting. Great breakfast”

“The floor in the room was dirty and there were bugs on the floor around the bed. We were given 2 towels (very small) for a 3 nite stay. And 1 roll of toilet paper. They advertise no smoking but every hall and elevator smells like marijuana or cigarette smoke. The only thing good about this place was the location to where we needed to be. There were no amenities at this location.”

“Mr David at front desk was very kind and helpful. Sink was full of water and not draining when we checked in and he came up to clear it. Bathroom and room looked like it had been quite a while since fully cleaned. Maybe just a wet rag over surfaces. Mold in shower and sink, debris on carpet and huge red stains on sofa (blood?). Food and hair in one of the beds. Very surprising for a Home2Suites”

“My stay at Hotel Everett was unplanned. I was taking a new route and saw no hotel advertisements. I pulled into a gas station and pulled up Expedia which directed me to the Hotel Everett I was delighted when I pulled into the lot. From the guests I met outside to the welcoming staff inside, my trip was greatly enhanced by this stop and stay. Manager Kim Snead was delightful and very kind to this tired traveler who had left Hershey PA at 9 o’clock that morning and who had made the reservation……

“The only good thing I can think of about this lodging was that the HVAC was working. Otherwise, there were public hairs on the bathroom floor. There was mold on the shower curtain. There were dead roaches everywhere. The refrigerator worked intermittently. The only amenity was a small bar of soap...no coffee and no facial tissues. The carpet was sticky. The TV remote wouldn't work. My Expedia itinerary indicated an 11:00 a.m. checkout. However, when I checked in there was a big red note……

“This property is absolutely wonderful! The mid century decor is adorable. The design and layout were well thought out. Great attention was given to every detail. It was everything we needed for a perfect fishing trip. K-Cups provided for our morning coffee, as well as paper towels and toilet paper to get us started. There was also salt, pepper, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash. There were even condiments in the refrigerator in case we forgot something. The space was small but……
